Establish in 1995, our company has been providing Dinner Delivery service, to hundreds of households, shops, factories. Covering most part of Singapore, Tong Chiang home-cook meals has been popular, due to its many specialities, eg. Herbal Chicken, Roast Duck, Claypot Rice, Mei-Chye Pork, etc. and over 100 other dishes. Our varieties of soup are brewed several hours, from natural ingredients, such as, bones, beans, ikan-bilis, etc.

You can start any day of the month, by calling us 1 to 2 days in advance. Payment is collected advance on every first day.? All orders are auto renew to a 20 days terms, except for 5 days term which is terminated on the 5th day. It will run on auto-renew every 20 days, till you have given us a termination notice, of 7 days in advance.
Our office is opened 8am to 6pm, Mon to Fri.
Our phone line is opened till 8.30pm daily. We do not accept SMS.

By ordering to our service, it shall be deem that, you have understood, accepted and agreed to abide to our terms and conditions.
Delivery -- Monday to Friday. (no service on P.Holiday, Saturday & Sunday).
Delivery time – 4pm to 7pm. We do not guarantee the time of delivery in any instance, as it
is affected by weather, traffic conditions, customer numbers, etc.
Phone hours – our phone line operating hours is till 8.30pm daily, and we do not accept SMS. |

| AUTO RENEW |
All orders are Auto-Renew for another 20 days terms, (not applicable to 5 days term).
For termination, 7 days advance notice is required, (not applicable to 5 days term). |

PAYMENT
|
| All payments shall be make on/before the 1st day of the terms. Our company shall not be responsible for any disruption of service, due to repeated late payment. In this instance, our company reserved the right to stop service, and impose a late payment charge of $30, on top of the arrears amounts, see ‘TERMINATION’. |

| TERMINATION |
If you wish to terminate our service, 7 days advance notice is required. Penalty of $30, for termination without sufficient notice, is chargeable.
For order of less than 20 days, it will be calculated on 10 days rate, pro-rated.
For order of less than 10 days, it will be calculated on 5 days rate, pro-rated. |

| STAINLESS STEEL CONTAINER |
2 sets of containers are provided for your usage, we urge our customers to take good care of their own sets. DO NOT put containers on direct flame, please wash your containers thoroughly and return promptly. We reserve the right to claim replacement cost of $15 per set, for damage or loss of container due to customer mishandling. |

| 我 们 将 提 供 给? 您 2 套 饭 格.。我 们 吁 请 顾 客 们 清 洗 及 照 顾 各 自 的 饭 格, 请 不 要 直 接 放 在 火 炉 上 加 热.。以 及 准 时 交 回。如 因 顾 客 损 坏 或 遗 失 饭 格, 本 公 司 保 留 向 顾 客 索 取 一 套 $15 的 赔 偿。 |
